We build strength and resilience — one body at a time.

Let’s be honest: most of us sit more than we move, and our bodies are feeling the effects—stiffness, imbalance, and a greater risk of injury. We all need this, whether we feel it now or not.

What You Get:

At LAB, everything we do is personalized. No one-size-fits-all programming. We use the highest quality authentic Classical Pilates equipment from Gratz, tailored to support your body’s unique needs—whether you’re recovering from an injury, just starting out, or a seasoned athlete. No quick fixes.

You’ll work on:

  • Reformer

  • Cadillac

  • Wunda Chair

  • Ladder Barrel

  • Mat

Training options:

  • 1:1 or 2:1 in-person and virtual

  • 3:1 small group classes by request

Why Pilates? Because your body deserves to feel good—now and for the long run.

  • Injury Prevention & Rehab: Support your recovery and protect against future injuries by strengthening underused muscles, improving flexibility, and keeping your joints moving well.

  • Better Posture: Stand taller, breathe easier, and ease the tension that builds in your back, neck, and shoulders.

  • Core Strength: Build a solid core for better balance and stability.

  • Increased Flexibility: Stretch, lengthen, and move with more freedom.

  • Improved Balance & Coordination: Feel more stable and connected—on the mat and in life.

  • Body Awareness: Move with intention and connect more deeply with how your body feels.

  • Stress Relief: Slow down, clear your mind, and create space for calm. Pilates is as much for the mind as it is for the body.

  • Pure Happiness: it’s addictive — in all the right ways. :)
