Your Body isn't Generic
Fast fitness Is no different from Fast Food.
Our approach is Built to Last.

Every session is thoughtfully crafted for your body, guided by highly trained professionals, and delivered with the attention that creates real, lasting change.
We work with the whole person — body, mind, and nervous system — because lasting strength is cultivated, not rushed.
We welcome all ages, bodies, and experience levels. We also support clients recovering from injury, working collaboratively with medical providers when needed.
Undivided attention.
The Teachers

Summer Reed
A heart-warming visionary in her industry, Summer brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the studio. She is a Romana’s Pilates Certified instructor, training for 2 years and teaching for another 5 under the mentorship of world-renowned instructors, Sari Mejia Santo, Cynthia Shipley, and Jerome Weinberg.
Summer is deeply passionate about her clients, and strives to create a supportive and welcoming environment. She believes that all sessions should be a collaboration between teacher and client, leaving no stone unturned as she works to help them achieve their goals.

Natalie Chen
Natalie holds a 600+ hour certification from Real Pilates in NYC and completed an extensive apprenticeship under the mentorship of Summer Reed at LAB Pilates.
With experience in both corporate and start-up environments, she understands firsthand the physical toll desk-bound work can take on the body. Having navigated her own back injury, Natalie is especially passionate about supporting clients dealing with injuries, hypermobility, and back pain.
Her teaching is thoughtful, precise, and deeply attentive. She designs sessions that are both challenging and supportive, helping clients build strength, relieve pain, and feel more at home in their bodies. Clients leave feeling aligned, energized, empowered — and with a few laughs along the way!

Susan Choi
After years in corporate America, Susan discovered Pilates while seeking relief from the physical toll of marathon training and long hours at a desk. The experience was so transformative that she pursued a comprehensive 600+ hour certification at Real Pilates in New York City.
Under Summer’s mentorship, Susan has completed extensive additional training, deepening her expertise in injuries, body mechanics, and functional movement.
Susan has a focused and intentional approach — every exercise is thoughtfully tailored to the client’s needs to provide effective and noticeable results. When Susan’s not teaching, you’ll likely find her lost in a good book, or in a bookstore searching for her next one!
